回首过去,展望未来。假如我们教了几十年书后——老了,退了。假如我们勤勤恳恳为教育事业奉献了一辈子,但在教学上给自己留下了什么?——没有,说不出什么,总结不出什么。其何?因为这一辈子,“教的是教科书,看的是教参书,写的是教案书,改的是教辅题”。作为当代青年教师,怎样让自己有思想、有智慧,怎样让自己感到快乐、感到幸福,怎样让自己在教学中不断成长?怎样成为专家型的教师?我想说:投身课题研究是最好的途径。到课题研究
