用氟呱酸和丁胺卡那霉素治疗34例为对照组，治疗组54例，应用思赛达1／4～1／3包，每日3次，疗程2～6夭，用药总量为2～3包，眼药时间为吃奶前30分钟至1小时，有合并症者加用头抱氨田后及对症疗法。结果：治疗组显效40例（74％），有效12例（22％），无效2例（3．7％），总有效率96％。对照组显效8例（23．5％），有效10例（29．4％），无效16例（47％），总有效率52．9％。两组差异非常显著（P＜0．01）。治疗组平均治愈时间为（2．185f0．848）天；对照组为（4．588土2．119）天，两组差异非常显著（P＜0．05）。
Fluoroglutamic acid and amikacin treatment of 34 cases as the control group, the treatment group of 54 cases, the application of Cedar 1/4 ~ 1/3 package, 3 times daily, course of treatment of 2 to 6 days, the total amount of medication 2 to 3 packets, ophthalmic time is 30 minutes before feeding to 1 hour, with a merger plus head hug ammonia field and symptomatic therapy. Results: The treatment group markedly effective in 40 cases (74%), effective in 12 cases (22%), invalid in 2 cases (3.7%), the total effective rate of 96%. The control group showed effective in 8 cases (23.5%), effective in 10 cases (29.4%), ineffective in 16 cases (47%), the total effective rate was 52.9%. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01). The mean healing time of the treatment group was (2.185f0.848) days, while that of the control group was 4.588 days (2.119 days). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).
