目的研究血清脂联素(APN)、瘦素(leptin)水平与高脂血症患者病理机制的相关性。方法 84例高脂血症患者作为观察组,根据WHO建议分为Ⅰ~Ⅴ型高脂蛋白血症5个亚组,另选同期80例健康体检者作为对照组,对比两组血清APN、leptin水平,观察组各亚组APN、leptin水平变化情况,并分析血清APN、leptin水平与高脂血症患者病理机制的相关性。结果观察组血清APN水平低于对照组,leptin水平高于对照组(P<0.05),APN水平随高脂血症病情进展而呈降低趋势,leptin水平随高脂血症病情进展而呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症患者血清APN、leptin水平表达异常,随高脂血症发生进展APN水平降低,leptin水平升高,可为临床诊断高脂血症提供有力依据。
Objective To study the correlation between serum adiponectin (APN) and leptin levels in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods Eighty-four patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as the observation group. According to the WHO recommendations, the patients were divided into 5 subgroups of type Ⅰ-Ⅴ hyperlipoproteinemia and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of serum APN, leptin Level, observed subgroups of APN, leptin levels changes, and analysis of serum APN, leptin levels and the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia in patients with the correlation. Results The level of serum APN in observation group was lower than that in control group, leptin level was higher than that in control group (P <0.05), APN level decreased with the progress of hyperlipidemia, and leptin level increased with the progression of hyperlipidemia Trend (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of APN and leptin are abnormal in patients with hyperlipidemia. With the progression of hyperlipidemia, the level of APN and the level of leptin are increased, which may provide a powerful basis for clinical diagnosis of hyperlipidemia.
