每个企业所要追求的都是一种长远的目标,都是以提高经济效益为中心。因而,企业要想在生存和发展下去,就必须追求经济效益。铁路在运输的过程中关键就是通过各种方式,这样成本就实现了最低化。铁路运输的企业需要有一个管理的基本目标,然后通过使用的基本办法实现最低的目标。在成本控制方面,能不能成功建立模式,这与企业到底有何经济效益相关。本文主要以提高经济效益为中心,对健全铁路运输企业的管理体系和运行机制进行研究与分析。
What every enterprise should pursue is a long-term goal, all of which center on improving economic efficiency. Therefore, if enterprises want to survive and develop, they must pursue economic benefits. The key of the railway transportation is through various ways, so the cost is minimized. Businesses need to have a management of the basic objectives of the railway, and then use the basic approach to achieve the minimum goals. In the cost control, can not successfully establish the model, which enterprises in the end what economic benefits. In this paper, mainly to improve economic efficiency as the center, to improve the management system and operation mechanism of railway transport enterprises research and analysis.
