铬青铜具有高强度、高导热、高抗软化温度、良好焊接性、切削性,是某特殊发动机的首选材料。本文重点讨论了铬青铜化学成分、形变热处理对材料性能的影响。重点讨论了铸锭性能与铬含量的关系;铬青铜的性能随温度变化;挤制、淬火态性能及与铬含量关系;加工率、时效(退火)温度对合金性能的影响;不同工艺制度对材料性能的影响。同时讨论了模拟不同钎焊工艺对材料性能影响;铬青铜锻件生产工艺。在此基础上,确定了铬青铜成分、加工的最佳生产工艺。
