本文报告了用组织化学的方法,测定生活在阿尼玛卿山(海拔4500m)高原鼠兔与生活在平原(北京)的Wistar大鼠肾脏中ATPase,SDH,LDH,ALP和ACP的活性及定位,对比观察的结果发现:①ATPase的定位及活性在鼠兔和大鼠之间有明显差异,鼠兔的ATPase主要定位在肾小管上皮,大鼠主要定位在肾小体上;②鼠兔的ACP活性较弱,定位在肾小体和肾小管上皮;而大鼠只定位在肾小管上,活性稍强;③SDH和ALP都定位在肾小管上,但鼠兔的SDH活性显示较高,而ALP活性在大鼠中较高;④LDH的定位与活性两者完全相似,作者对高原鼠兔在低氧环境中肾脏梅系统的变化特征及适应机制作了初步探讨。
This paper reports the histochemical method to determine the activity and localization of ATPase, SDH, LDH, ALP and ACP in the kidneys of Wistar rats living on the plateaus of Amoxicillin Mountain (4500 m above sea level) and Plains (Beijing) The results of the comparative observation showed that: ① The localization and activity of ATPase were significantly different between the rabbit and the rat. The ATPase of the rabbit was mainly located in the renal tubular epithelium and the rat was located mainly on the kidney. ② The ACP Activity is weak, located in the renal tubules and tubular epithelial; while the rat locates only in the tubules, slightly stronger; ③SDH and ALP are located in the tubular, but the rabbit SDH activity was higher, while the ALP Activity in rats was higher; ④LDH localization and activity of the two are completely similar, the author of plateau pikas in hypoxia environment, changes in the characteristics of the kidney and May mechanism of premature adaptation mechanism made a preliminary study.
