2010—2014年,自治区用于民生建设的财政资金累计9409亿元,占公共财政预算支出71.9%,年均增长18.5%。就业再就业、社会保障、基本医疗公共卫生服务提升、教育保障、安居富民、定居兴牧、住房保障……自2010年新疆启动“民生建设年”活动,至今已连续6年,实施的重点民生工程项目由2011年的22类80项增加到2014年的25类150项,为各族人民群众送上了幸福生活“大礼包”。
From 2010 to 2014, the autonomous region’s financial funds for people’s livelihood construction totaled 940.9 billion yuan, accounting for 71.9% of the public finance budget, an average annual increase of 18.5%.
