随着国家教育体制改革的深入,我国的职业技术教育有了很大的改变,也取得了很大的发展。在职业院校教育改革中,由于其发展的特点相比于其他教育体制改革存在很大的不同。职业院校产教融合长效机制将职业院校教育带入了一个新的发展阶段,旨在加强对学生综合素质的培养,满足社会发展大量的人才需要。因此,笔者对职业院校产教融合长效机制进行了研究,并且相应的提出了一些发展的策略,将促进职业院校教育更好地进行。
With the deepening of the reform of the national education system, our vocational and technical education has undergone great changes and great progress has also been made. In the reform of vocational education, the characteristics of its development are quite different from those of other education system reforms. The long-term mechanism of the integration of industry, education and vocational education in vocational schools brought vocational education into a new stage of development aimed at strengthening the cultivation of overall quality of students and meeting the needs of a large number of talents for social development. Therefore, the author studies the long-term mechanism of the integration of production and teaching in vocational schools, and puts forward some strategies for its development accordingly, which will promote the education of vocational colleges better.
