精度较低是传统超声波流量计亟需解决的问题.通过对超声波流量测量物理模型的分析,本设计采用了相位差法来测量流量,关键是把声速对流量的影响也考虑在内,并且通过声速校正鉴相电路对声速进行了修正,同时还采用了TI公司高性能的DSP芯片TMS320VC5402作为处理器,从而大大提高了测量的精度.通过实际测量证明该设计方案测量精度高、快速、可靠性高.
The low accuracy is a problem that the traditional ultrasonic flowmeter needs to solve urgently.Through the analysis of the physical model of the ultrasonic flow measurement, this design uses the phase difference method to measure the flowrate, the key is to take the influence of the sound velocity on the flowrate into account, Sound velocity correction phase-detection circuit to modify the speed of sound, but also uses TI’s high-performance DSP chip TMS320VC5402 as a processor, thus greatly improving the measurement accuracy.Through the actual measurement shows that the design of measurement accuracy, speed, reliability high.
