政府社会保障支出绩效评价是指用来反映和衡量政府社会保障支出效益、效率和有效性的研究。目前,国内外学术界对政府绩效评价有不少相关研究,并且已经相对成熟,但具体反映我国政府社会保障绩效评价的理论研究和定性分析较多,而定量分析较少,支出绩效的评价指标体系相对薄弱。鉴于此,本文试图构建一个比较完整、合理的政府社会保障支出绩效的指标体系,来分析我国社会保障支出的绩效。
Government social security expenditure performance evaluation is used to reflect and measure the government social security expenditure efficiency, efficiency and effectiveness of the study. At present, there are quite a few related researches on government performance evaluation at home and abroad, and they are relatively mature. However, the theoretical and qualitative analyzes that reflect the performance evaluation of government social security in our country are more, while the quantitative analysis is less and the evaluation index of expenditure performance The system is relatively weak. In view of this, this article attempts to build a more complete and reasonable index system of government social security expenditure performance to analyze the performance of China’s social security expenditure.
