目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺肾造瘘术(PCN)治疗肾积水的临床意义。方法超声引导下对72例肾积水患者行PCN治疗,其中15例患者行双侧PCN,对PCN的临床疗效及并发症进行观察分析。结果 72例患者共87侧肾置管全部成功,成功率100%;随访至8周,70例患者肾功能在1周内得到恢复,无严重并发症发生。结论超声引导下经皮肾造瘘能够改善肾功能,是一项安全、有效、并发症少的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of ultrasonic guided percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN) in the treatment of hydronephrosis. Methods 72 patients with hydronephrosis were treated with PCN guided by ultrasound. Fifteen patients underwent bilateral PCN. The clinical effects and complications of PCN were observed and analyzed. Results A total of 87 patients with renal insufficiency were successfully performed in 72 patients, with a success rate of 100%. During the follow-up period to 8 weeks, renal function of 70 patients recovered within 1 week without serious complications. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy can improve renal function, which is a safe, effective and less-complicated treatment.
