1986年以来,北京市成人教育、劳动人事和经济管理部门,按照全国职工教育、成人教育工作会议的精神,为尽快把成人教育重点转到岗位培训的轨道上来,做了大量工作。目前,全市已有50个行业开展了达标性岗位培训试点,1.5万多个岗位制定了规范,80万从业人员参加了各种岗位培训,一批企业已开始实行工人持证上岗制度。北京市成人教育改革起步较早,重点转移较快,岗位培训正在向着直接有效地为首都社会主义现代化建设服务的方向发展。回顾三年来走过的历程,我们体会到要加速成人教育重点转移,就必须抓住以下三个主要环节,实实在在地进行工作。
Since 1986, Beijing’s adult education, labor and personnel and economic management departments have done a great deal of work in accordance with the spirit of the Workers’ and Adult Education Conferences nationwide and have shifted the focus of adult education to the job training as soon as possible. At present, the city has 50 pilot industries carried out standard job training, more than 15,000 positions to develop a standardized, 800,000 employees participated in various job training, a group of enterprises have begun to implement the system of worker certification system. The reform of adult education in Beijing took an early start and the emphasis shifted rapidly. Job training is moving toward direct and effective service to the socialist modernization drive in the capital. Looking back at the course we have come through in the past three years, we realize that to speed up the transfer of adult education, we must grasp the following three main links and work in a down-to-earth manner.
