讨论了电子激发态的紫外光催化反应和振动激发态的红外激光促进表面反应的机理 ,研究了不同机理中光能的转化与传递、利用与损失 ,并总结了不同反应时表面材料的选择原则。认为 :在紫外光表面催化反应中 ,表面材料的选择主要应考虑其禁带宽度和能带缘的位置 ;而在红外光表面催化反应中 ,选择表面材料时应主要考虑其受激表面键的振频。另外 ,两种不同反应中 ,选择表面材料时的共同点是表面材料应能吸附反应物种
The mechanism of UV-catalyzed reaction of electron excited state and infrared laser of excited excited state to promote surface reaction are discussed. The conversion and transfer of light energy, utilization and loss of light energy in different mechanisms are discussed, and the selection principle of surface materials in different reactions is summarized . It is considered that the selection of surface material should consider the band gap and the location of energy band edge in the reaction of UV light surface. In the reaction of infrared light, the surface material should mainly consider the surface-excited key Vibration frequency.
