文化是一个地域的灵魂和发展动力,也是衡量一个地区软实力的重要标志。近年来,郧西县大力开发天河七夕文化,推动“文化资源大县”向“文化品牌名县”转型跨越,实现文化与县域经济社会发展的深度融合,文化软实力不断增强,有力促进了郧西县域经济持续快速发展。天河七夕文化被列入全省“一县一品”文化品牌,郧西在十堰市“一核多支点”的战略布局中,被赋予建设“文化旅游强县”的职责使命。
