苏北五市的高职院校专业建设服务区域经济和社会发展,很大程度上就是要契合融入“一带一路”发展战略。目前,苏北五市高职院校的专业设置、国际合作办学、师资队伍建设没有围绕契合“一带一路”战略这一核心,专业建设缺乏前瞻性。为解决这个问题,苏北五市高职院校专业建设要“三个针对”并举,有针对性地开展国际合作办学,打造国际型的教师队伍,才能找到高职专业建设的工作方向,抓住高职院校专业发展契合“一带一路”战略的核心。
