高职院校是我国教育体系的重要环节之一,不仅能够为社会提供大量优秀的技术型人才,也能够通过提升学生自身的专业技术来帮助其实现自身的价值。而且高职院校体系的顶岗实习环节也是最重要的环节,能够在提升学生实践能力的同时为其带来对应的经济利润。但是通过对高职院校学生顶岗实习的现状来看,其中存在的问题有:专业不对口、参与积极性不高、缺乏管理力度、企业过度追求经济效益以及对学生培养力度等都是严重影响学生踏入社会的重要环节。所以,为有效地解决高职院校学生顶岗实习方面存在的问题,就必须对学生顶岗实习与就业衔接的问题进行解决,从而有效地帮助学生迈入社会。
