网络管理在ＳＤＨ系统应用中发挥中着重要的作用，ＳＤＨ的优越性能只有通过先进的网络管理才能得以实现，网络管理的任务在于提供一套规范的信息主标准的接口的。本文他ＳＤＨ网络管理的信息模型和Ｑ３接口，对信息模型的构造和通信协议栈进行了研究。
