教师的专业发展是指教师在其职业成长的过程中,其职业道德、职业情感、职业理想以及对其所教授学科的思想认知、审美一时的把握、经验和教育实践能力不断成长、不断成熟与发展的过程。对此,本文以“新课程背景下小学教师的专业发展”为主要研究对象,通过从发展动力、发展基础以及发展途径三个角度来展开详尽的阐释。希望本文的论述,能对我国当前小学教师的专业发展提出全新的研究方向,提升其专业发展水平。
