世界地理标志大会在北京人民大会堂隆重开幕了。中国国务院吴仪副总理出席大会开幕式并作了重要讲话,中国国家工商行政管理总局周伯华局长到会致辞,李东生副局长作了主题演讲。他们的讲话、致辞和演讲,在不同层面对中国保护和运用地理标志的情况作了宏观介绍。下面,我就中国保护地理标志的法律制度做一专门介绍。
The World Geographical Indication Conference was grandly opened in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People. Vice Premier Wu Yi of China State Council attended the opening ceremony of the conference and made an important speech. Director Zhou Bohua of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China held a speech at the conference. Deputy Director Dongsheng Li delivered a keynote speech. Their speeches, speeches and speeches made a macro presentation of China’s protection and use of geographical indications at different levels.
