为探讨耳蜗负和电位与动作电位(-SP/AP)比值变化与膜迷路积水的关系,测试44例Meniere病(病侧59耳,健侧29耳)和52例非Meniere病(半面痉挛24例,三叉神经痛28例;病侧53耳,健侧51耳)的耳蜗电图。结果Meniere病组病侧耳的-SP/AP比值与同组健侧耳、非Meniere病组病侧耳及健侧耳的-SP/AP比值相比都明显升高(P<0.001)。22例Meniere病还做了甘油试验,结果纯音听力甘油试验阳性率为56.3%,耳蜗电图甘油试验阳性率为81.3%,服甘油后比服甘油前-SP/AP比值显著下降(P<0.001),表明-SP/AP比值变化与膜迷路积水程度有密切关系。行耳蜗电图检查及甘油试验,有助于Meniere病的诊断和确立治疗方案。并对耳蜗电图检查及甘油试验的机理及少数变异结果进行讨论。
To investigate the relationship between changes in the ratio of negative and positive potentials to action potential (-SP / AP) and hydrocephalus, 44 cases of Meniere’s disease (59 ears with 29 ears) and 52 cases with non Meniere’s disease (50 cases with hemifacial spasm 24 cases, 28 cases of trigeminal neuralgia; 53 cases of sick side, 51 cases of contralateral side). Results The -SP / AP ratio of the ear in the Meniere disease group was significantly higher than that in the healthy ears and non-Meniere disease group (P <0.001). In 22 cases of Meniere’s disease, glycerol test was also performed. The positive rate of pure tone audiometric test was 56.3%, and that of cochlear electrogram was 81.3%. The ratio of pre-glycerol to pre-glycerol-P / ), Indicating that the -SP / AP ratio changes and the degree of labyrinthine hydrops are closely related. Cochlear electrocochleography and glycerol test, contribute to the diagnosis of Meniere’s disease and establish treatment options. The mechanism of cochlear electrogram and glycerol test as well as the results of minority variation were discussed.
