新闻背景浙江中部金华江畔,有两座毗邻的县级城市:义乌和东阳。由于两市的地理、地貌差异,东阳水多用不完,义乌水少不够用。义乌经济因中国小商品城而崛起,水荒一年重于一年,水危机成为市政府的心腹大患。义乌因此曾反复向省政府和水利部报告,要求建设从东阳引水灌溉工程,但终因国家水利投资总量有限而没排上号。事情拖到上世纪九十年代
News Background Jinhua River in central Zhejiang, there are two adjacent county-level cities: Yiwu and Dongyang.
