为了改善可用于变速箱壳体制造的AZ80镁合金的表面形貌,提高其力学性能,采用光学显微镜等分析手段,分别评价不同往复挤压参数对AZ80镁合金表面微观形貌的影响。结果表明,合金表面的微观形貌与往复挤压道次密切相关,且晶粒尺寸随着往复挤压变形温度的降低而显著细化,均匀度也不断提高。
In order to improve the surface morphology and mechanical properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy used in gearbox casing, optical microscopy and other analytical tools were used to evaluate the effect of different reciprocating extrusion parameters on microstructure of AZ80 magnesium alloy. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy surface is closely related to the reciprocating extrusion pass. The grain size is remarkably refined with the decrease of the reciprocating extrusion deformation temperature, and the uniformity of the alloy surface is also improved.
