目的研究黑青稞籽皮提取物对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的影响。方法采用小鼠动物实验,分别研究黑青稞籽皮提取物对常压耐缺氧、亚硝酸钠中毒、急性脑缺血小鼠存活时间的影响以及通过对异丙肾上腺素增加心肌耗氧、失血性休克小鼠心搏时间的影响的观察评价其耐缺氧。利用负重游泳实验评价其抗疲劳功能。结果与生理盐水组比较,黑青稞籽皮提取物在3.5 g/kg剂量条件下显著延长常压耐缺氧小鼠的存活时间(P<0.01),在4.0 g/kg剂量条件下能够有效延长断头小鼠喘气时间(P<0.05),在2.0 g/kg剂量条件下能够延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05)。结论黑青稞籽皮提取物具有提高小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的作用。
Objective To study the effects of extract of black sesame seed coat on hypoxia tolerance and fatigue resistance in mice. Methods Animal experiments in mice were used to study the effect of extract of black sesame seed on atmospheric hypoxia tolerance, sodium nitrite poisoning, the survival time of acute cerebral ischemia mice and isoproterenol by increasing myocardial oxygen consumption, blood loss The observation of the influence of asystole time in sex shock mice was evaluated for its resistance to hypoxia. Use the load-bearing swimming test to evaluate the anti-fatigue function. Results Compared with the saline group, the extract of black sesame seed extract significantly prolonged the survival time of hypoxia-resistant mice at the dose of 3.5 g / kg (P <0.01), and prolonged the effective time under the dosage of 4.0 g / kg (P <0.05), the weight-bearing swimming time of mice was prolonged at the dose of 2.0 g / kg (P <0.05). Conclusion The extract of black sesame seed can improve hypoxia tolerance and anti-fatigue in mice.
