The 11th China Science and Technology Periodical Development Forum hosted by China Association for Science and Technology, State Administration of Press, Publication, Broadcasting and Television, Qinghai Science and Technology Association and Qinghai Provincial Culture and Press and Publication Office held in Qinghai Province from September 24 to 25, 2015 Xining City held.
