高职院校教师评价是加强师资队伍建设、促进教师专业发展和提高人才培养质量的重要手段。由于我国高职教育发展时间较短,目前高职院校教师评价工作存在着诸多亟待解决的问题,影响了高职院校师资队伍建设,制约了高职教育的健康发展。本文旨在探索具有高职特色的教师评价体系,为高职院校加强和改进教师队伍管理与建设提供决策依据,为高职教育人才培养质量的提高提供保障。
The evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important means to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of personnel training. Due to the short development time of higher vocational education in our country, there are many problems to be solved urgently in the evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges, which affects the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and restricts the healthy development of higher vocational education. The purpose of this paper is to explore the system of teacher evaluation with higher vocational education and to provide a basis for decision-making in strengthening and improving the management and construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges so as to provide guarantee for the improvement of the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education.
