为探讨红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性与动脉硬化性脑梗塞的关系,本文检测了37例动脉硬化性脑梗塞患者、20例脑动脉硬化症患者和25例健康对照者的红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,并将酶活性与脑CT梗塞灶大小进行直线回归分析。结果发现,动脉硬化性脑梗塞和脑动脉硬化症患者的Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显降低,酶活性降低程度与脑CT梗塞灶大小呈显著负相关性(r=-0.58,P<0.01)。提示:红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性降低在动脉硬化性脑梗塞的发病与发展中具有一定作用,它可能是脑梗塞的一个危险因素。
To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte membrane Na + -K + -ATPase activity and arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction, 37 cases of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction, 20 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis and 25 healthy controls were examined for erythrocyte membrane Na + K + -ATPase activity, and linear regression analysis of enzyme activity and brain CT infarction size. The results showed that the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase in patients with atherosclerosis cerebral infarction and cerebral arteriosclerosis was significantly decreased, the degree of enzyme activity was significantly negatively correlated with the size of cerebral CT infarction (r = -0.58, P < 0.01). Tip: erythrocyte membrane Na + -K + -ATPase activity decreased in the pathogenesis and development of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction has a role, it may be a risk factor for cerebral infarction.
