2009年岁末,从伦敦回到北京家中的我查看当天的信件。在一堆银行账单和缴费通知里,夹着一张精美的明信片。我看着背面熟悉的字迹便立刻猜想到了,这张卡片是我那三位伦敦的好友从大不列颠寄来的,而这明信片本身也必然是“TATE”出品。我甚至能在脑海里立刻浮现出三个姑娘在TateModern的商店里,面对着一大堆明信片,你一言我一语的争论哪张卡片更合适送给我的画面,店里的sales(销售人员)说不定也会被莫名其妙地拉来参与意见。这样想来,虽然我已经回国,开始了不同的生活,可在伦敦的姑娘们,依然还是看看展,逛逛店,日子过得好不愉快。
