伴随着中国社会的高速发展,我国电建企业的规模、技术、标准均取得了突飞猛进的成绩,现今的发电和供电设施,无论是在安全性,还是可靠性方面,都得到了跨越性的提高。为了满足我国电建企业的进一步发展需要,人力资源的管理提升成为了电建企业发展过程中一个亟待重视的问题。基于此,本文以企业招聘模块为出发点,对电建企业高端人才招聘的流程与困境进行了分析,并提出了几点解决对策,旨在提高电建企业高端人才的招聘质量,从而提高电建企业国内外市场的竞争力。
With the rapid development of Chinese society, the scale, technology and standards of China’s electric power construction enterprises have made rapid progress. Today’s power generation and power supply facilities have been leapfrogged both in terms of safety and reliability . In order to meet the further development of China’s electric power construction enterprises need to improve the management of human resources has become the construction of electric power enterprises in the process of development an urgent need to be addressed. Based on this, this paper takes the enterprise recruitment module as the starting point, analyzes the process and the predicament of the high-end talent recruitment of the electric construction enterprise, and puts forward some solutions, aiming to improve the recruitment quality of high-end talent in the electric construction enterprise, The competitiveness of domestic and foreign markets.
