本文介绍了电信网路管理和集中监控系统的实现，在对该系统要求、特点作介绍后，着重阐述它的数据库设计及实现中的几个关键性技术，包括Socket通信，VisualC＋＋与VisualBasic间的动态数据交换，Sybase数据库作台面数据库，事务处理及触发器的运用。
This article introduces the realization of telecommunication network management and centralized monitoring system. After introducing the system requirements and features, it focuses on several key technologies in its database design and implementation, including Socket Communication, Visual C ++ and Visual Basic Dynamic data exchange, Sybase database for the desktop database, transaction processing and the use of triggers.
