Chinese teaching practice can not be separated from the teaching philosophy guidance. Ye Shengtao authored “Outline of Elementary School Chinese Curriculum” in the history of Chinese language courses have a significant impact. It is an important turning point in the history of China’s curriculum standards and it has laid the basic pattern of today’s curriculum standards.
