医院的发展要求医院必须加强财务管理工作的精细化与规范化,只有改变经验型、粗放型管理模式,并向精细化、规范化模式转变,才能加强医院经济管理的科学化、规范化和标准化。本文从对医院精细化、规范化财务管理模式的认识,到如何实现财务管理精细化、规范化进行阐述,旨在推动医院财务管理的精细化和规范化,提升医院竞争力,实现医院可持续发展。
