一家省辖市日报,去年3月在一篇关于向优秀学生颁发奖学金的报道中,竟冠以这样的标题:《深造吧,给你钱!》读后令人为之愕然。同年9月,在一家县报上,有一篇关于纠正滥发奖金的报道,却出现了这样的标题:《加强思想政治工作不搞奖金刺激》。看了这则标题的后半句,不免使人想起“文革”中“不要物质刺激”的论调。
