采用根垫模拟装置制备根际土壤 ,并改变根垫与土壤接触时间以研究植物生长不同时期根际土壤性质的动态变化。研究结果表明 ,植物生长不同时期根际土壤性质变化有明显差异 :植物生长前期 ,根际土壤水溶性有机碳 (DOC)含量急剧增加 ,2 0d后逐渐下降 ;pH值也是先升后降 ,但最高值出现在 40~ 6 0d前后。在研究的 10 0d内 ,氧化还原电位 (Eh)始终呈下降趋势 ,而微生物量则持续上升。玉米 (ZeamaysL .)和大豆 (GlycinemaxMerr.)根际土壤性质变化趋势基本一致 ,但玉米根际土壤变化幅度显著高于大豆。
Rhizosphere soils were prepared by root pad simulator and the contact time between root pad and soil was changed to study the dynamic changes of rhizosphere soil properties at different periods of plant growth. The results showed that there were significant differences in the changes of rhizosphere soil properties at different growth stages: the content of water-soluble organic carbon (DOC) in rhizosphere soil sharply increased at the early stage of plant growth and gradually decreased after 20 days; The highest value appeared before and after 40 ~ 60d. Within 10 days of the study, the redox potential (Eh) always showed a downward trend, while the microbial biomass continued to rise. The trend of rhizosphere soil properties of corn (Zeamays L.) and soybean (Glycine max Merr.) Was basically the same, but the change range of corn rhizosphere soil was significantly higher than that of soybean.
