由河北省防汛办公室委托机电部石家庄第五十四研究所研制并建设的“岗南、黄壁庄滹沱河系水文自动测报系统”于1991年7月19日通过了出所鉴定,并投入试运行。系统采用查询应答方式及数话兼容的工作体制。由一个中收调度站、2个分中心站、3个中继站、11个雨量遥测站,11个水文遥测站组成。主要完成岗,黄区间及上游(河北省境内)22个遥测站水文数据的采集、传输和处理,更及时、准确地为各级领导及防汛部门进行防洪决策与调度提供可靠数据。数据采集体制为应答方式,有自动数据采集的人工数据输入两类。通过信道进行数据传输,为减小误码率,采用双重反馈校验体制;为挺高信道的抗干扰能力,对信道
Commissioned by the Department of Flood Control and Flood Control in Hebei Province, the 54th Research Institute of Shijiazhuang, Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services developed and built “Gangnan, Huangbang Hutuo River hydrological automatic measurement system” on July 19, 1991 passed the identification and put into trial operation. It consists of a middle-income dispatch station, two sub-center stations, three relay stations, 11 rainfall telemetry stations and 11 hydrological telemetry stations. It mainly completed the collection, transmission and processing of hydrological data of 22 telemetering stations in Gangnang, Huangkang and upstream (within Hebei Province), and provided reliable data for flood control decision-making and dispatch of leaders and flood control departments at all levels in a timely and accurate manner.
