随着经济的发展和国家对环境保护工作的重视,全国各地县市纷纷建立了污水处理厂。由于污水处理厂的建设与运行需要耗费大量资金,污水厂的建设及生产运营,会存在多种运营模式,如托管运营,BOT模式,TOT模式,供排水一体化模式等。在对污水厂的检查中发现,污水厂的运行管理资料存在形式多样化的问题。针对此问题提出了相应的解决办法———标准化。并对实施途径进行了简单探讨。
