介绍了三辊联合穿轧(SCZ)法的开发背景、基本原理、工艺与设备特点和使用情况。SCZ法是指在一台三辊斜轧机上,用一个道次便获得内外表面质量及尺寸精度均合格的生产无缝钢管的方法。该工艺与设备己通过部级鉴定,目前正在推广应用。
The development background, basic principle, process and equipment characteristics and usage of the three-roll joint rolling mill (SCZ) method are introduced. SCZ method refers to a three-roller cross-rolling mill, with a pass to get the quality of the outer surface and dimensional accuracy of the production of seamless steel pipe method. The process and equipment have passed ministry-level appraisals and are currently being promoted.
