引言很多金属和合金在一定的环境中具有好的腐蚀性能,乃是由于形成了一层腐蚀产物,它通常保护着基体金属之缘故。具有钝化能力的不锈钢就是大家熟知的实例之一。其他金属,如铜合金和铝合金,也能形成保护层。但是其保护层比不锈钢的薄得多,因此在这种情况下,常常采用失泽金属这一概念。本文将讨论含铁的铜镍合金(CuNi10Fe)与海水相接触的场合,首先讨论形成保护层的问题。然而在这些保护层的研究中所出现的问题亦可适用于其他类似的场合。在该领域内所进行研究的最终目的有两个方面:
Introduction Many metals and alloys have good corrosion properties in a given environment due to the formation of a layer of corrosion products that usually protect the base metal. Passivated stainless steel is one of the well-known examples. Other metals, such as copper alloys and aluminum alloys, also form a protective coating. However, the protective layer is much thinner than stainless steel, so in this case, the concept of metal loss is often used. This article will discuss the case of ferrous copper-nickel alloys (CuNi10Fe) in contact with seawater. The first issue to be addressed is the formation of a protective layer. However, the problems that arise in the study of these protective layers are also applicable to other similar situations. The ultimate goal of research conducted in this area is twofold:
