如果说西门子教会人们的第一课是什么,应该就是它主动变革的追求和魄力。彼得·德鲁克指出,我们经常听到的故事是,一家公司昨天还是一颗新星,今天却发现自己已经陷入似乎是不可逆转的危机之中。为了避免在这个巨变时代中像恐龙一样消失,企业需要进行战略转型的各类实践活动。事实上,企业更应当避免被动转型,因为被动转型成本高、矛盾多、难度大、风险大。一旦陷入被动转型的境地,企业原有的竞争优势早已丧失殆尽,更加难以摆脱经营困境。

In fact, enterprises should avoid passive transition more because of the high cost of passive transition, many contradictions, great difficulty and high risk. Once into a passive transition situation, the original competitive advantage of the enterprise has long been depleted, more difficult to get rid of operational difficulties.
