食品的质量、安全涉及到千家万户, 关系到每一位消费者的切身利益。对于一个食品企业来说,保证食品安全、卫生、质优,诚实守信, 是必须遵守的职业道德。对于企业出现的问题首先要从主观上查找原因,从企业内部找问题,从管理上找差距,认真进行整改,不护短,不遮丑,不强调客观原因,整改后还要邀请新闻媒体检查评价。如遇到媒体报道与事实有出入,要及时与媒体沟通,交换意见,达成共识,使问题得到妥善解决。这才是企业解决问题的上善之法。

For a food company, to ensure food safety, health, high quality, honest and trustworthy, is a must comply with professional ethics. First of all, we must find out the reasons for the problems of the enterprise from the subjective point of view, find problems from within the enterprise, find differences in management, conscientiously carry out rectification, not short, ugly, do not emphasize the objective reasons, but also invite the news media after the rectification to check and evaluate. In the event of media coverage and factual discrepancies, we must promptly communicate with the media, exchange opinions and reach consensus so that the problems can be properly resolved. This is the best way for enterprises to solve the problem.
