加载后在大块 Al 单晶试样的Ⅰ型预制裂纹尖端出现无位错区。分析表明,此无位错区有三维结构特点,这一结论可用 Pseudo Kosel 照像法直接证实。提出一新的无位错区形成机制,并加以讨论。
After loading, there is no dislocation region in the preform Ⅰ crack tip of bulk Al single crystal sample. The analysis shows that this dislocation-free region has three-dimensional structural features. This conclusion can be directly confirmed by Pseudo Kosel photography. A new dislocation-free zone formation mechanism is proposed and discussed.
