一、前言对不锈钢进行着色处理,不仅能使其表面美观、而且也可改善它的耐蚀性能。但要生产光亮性和均匀性都良好的彩色不锈钢和很好地控制颜色色调的重现性目前仍有一定困难。正因为如此,本工作对化学着色过程中着色液的组份浓度随着色时间的变化规律进行分析研究,结果表明电位—时间法是控制着色膜颜色的合适方法。另外,还研究了各种添加剂对着色效率和产品质量的影响。二、实验方法采用铬酐(250g·l~(-1))和硫酸(500g·l~(-1))为着色基液。
