本实验在对叙利亚大麦的染色体Ｇｉｅｍｓａ显带方面作了一些基础研究。并与其他作者所做的大麦染色体Ｇｉｅｍｓａ带型进行了比较，发现了叙利亚大麦染色体的Ｇｉｅｍｓａ带有些不同于一般栽培大麦的特点，如显现出丰富的带纹以及端带等等。
This experiment made some basic research on the chromosome Giemsa banding of Syrian barley. Compared with Giemsa bands of other barley chromosomes, we found that Giemsa of Syrian barley chromosomes are different from that of common cultivated barley, such as abundant bands and end bands.
