本文作者依产科史和母抗父免疫性为基础,对流产2次以上的50对夫妇进行研究,其中35对从未生育,且未见母血和父淋巴细胞间有细胞毒性的证据(原发流产者).15对在习惯流产和出现母抗父免疫前曾生育,早产或死产(继发流产者).所有受试者子宫输卵管造影、黄体期孕酮、定期的子宫内膜活检、甲状腺功能、母体和父体的核型、宫颈细菌培养均正常.原发流产组的平均年龄为33岁
