1971年,我们对棉株不同生育阶段的辐射敏感性进行了试验,现小结如下。(一)材料和方法应用~(60)Co-γ射线,对“小叶棉”2~4叶期、向阳棉蕾期和花期分别进行处理。蕾期和花期的处理是:盆钵离源中心距离70厘米(从主茎算起),高度16厘米,照射台离地面20厘米,源升高后离地面36厘米,剂量率24γ/分。苗期辐照剂量率为90γ/分(照河泥块棉苗),具体见表1。(二)结果 1.~(60)Co-γ射线对“小叶棉”苗期的当代效应:于5月12日,对2~4张真叶河泥块棉苗进行活体照射。剂量为300~3000γ,“小叶棉”苗期照射后,植株变
In 1971, we conducted experiments on the radiation sensitivity of cotton plants at different stages of their growth and are summarized as follows.
