链板的疲劳强度是决定石油钻机传动链条使用寿命的重要因素。因此,了解链板在外载作用下过盈配合时的应力分布是十分必要的。几年来结合石油链质量攻关,我校与上海大隆机器厂中心试验室合作,曾做了几种结构形状的链板的光弹性应力分析和过盈配合时的弹塑性应力分析,为链板的强化处理提供了依据,从而使链板工作时的最大合成应力降低,提高了疲劳强度,延长了链条的使用寿命。
