4月至5月,我们对苏北某市的社会公德问题进行了为期一个月的调查研究。从调查情况看,当前社会公德状况总的说是好的,同时存在一些不可忽视甚至令人担忧的问题。这种“良莠并存、正误交织”的状况,主要表现在以下三个方面:一是社会公德的发展呈现积极向上的趋势,但违反社会公德的行为也屡见不鲜。近几年来,该市认真贯彻中共中央关于加强精神文明建设的指示,结合本地实际,在全市城乡实施了以培育“四有”公民为目标的“五三五一”工程,同时开展了以思想道德和科教文化建设为重点的“树形象”活动,有力地推动了包括社会公德建设在内的整个精神文明建设,并涌
From April to May, we conducted a one-month investigation of the social morals in a certain city in northern Jiangsu.
