常言道:“十年树木,百年树人。”中国科学学与科技政策研究会这株秀木,到今年已经变成十年栋材了。我衷心祝愿科学学这个新学科能在中国四化建设和改革大潮中再立功勋,再展宏图。去年,钱学森同志写信给赵红州同志说:“在今天,科学技术已是第一生产力,在马克思主义、毛泽东思想指导下搞好科学学确是头等大事,希望您能排除干扰,完成任务。”钱老语重心长的话,不仅为我们科学学研究指出了新的方向,而且也为我们研究会
As the saying goes: “Ten years of trees, a hundred years of trees.” China Science and Technology Policy Research Institute of this strain show wood, this year has become a ten-year building materials. I sincerely wish this new discipline of science can serve another triumph in the process of building and reforming the four modernizations of China.
