文章介绍了在交流顶驱钻井条件下带来的录井仪器电扭矩传感器的使用和转盘转速传感器安装问题的技术方法。通过对该仪器相关技术的分析,设计并制作了将扭矩和转盘转速传感器的信号进行处理和转换的电路,利用专有的无源信号隔离器隔离交换采集信号。利用此项技术可以在确保仪器安全性的前提下解决外来信号的前期处理和采集的问题。
This paper introduces the use of logging torque sensor and the installation of rotary speed sensor under AC top drive drilling conditions. Through the analysis of the relevant technology of the instrument, the circuit of processing and converting the signals of torque and turntable speed sensor is designed and manufactured, and the exchange signal is isolated by the proprietary passive signal isolator. The use of this technology can be in the premise of ensuring the safety of the instrument to solve the external signal pre-processing and acquisition issues.
