企业重组一直都是企业为了提高核心竞争,增强技术实力,寻求高市场份额和高顾客关注度等的有效途径,企业竞争效果直接影响到企业的市场竞争力和企业未来的发展方向。实物性的硬系统重组是企业有效实施重组的重要前提,而非实物性质的软系统重组则是企业重组成败的关键性因素。本文通过对这些软系统的研究,来探讨出更适合企业发展的软系统方法。
Enterprise reorganization has always been an effective way for enterprises to improve their core competition, enhance their technological capabilities, seek high market share and high customer concerns, and so on. The competition effect of enterprises directly affects the market competitiveness of enterprises and the future development direction of enterprises. The physical system reorganization is an important prerequisite for the effective implementation of the reorganization of enterprises, rather than the physical nature of the soft system reorganization is the key factor in the success or failure of the reorganization of enterprises. In this paper, through the study of these soft systems, to explore more suitable for business development of the soft system approach.
