通过近二十年关于饮茶与健康的广泛研究证明:饮茶对老年性疾病有着良好的预防和治疗效果。首先茶叶中的多酚类化合物具有很强的抗氧化活性。法国的一位科学家最近专门比较了饮茶和吃水果蔬菜的抗氧化能力的大小。结果是每天饮茶1-2杯的抗氧化和清除自由基的效果为吃水果蔬菜的4倍,或相当于服用400mg维生素C的效果。因此目前茶多酚具有强的抗氧化和防衰老的效果已为举世所公认。
Through nearly two decades of extensive research on tea drinking and health, tea drinking has shown good preventive and curative effects on senile diseases. First of all polyphenols in tea has a strong antioxidant activity. A French scientist recently specifically compared the antioxidant capacity of drinking tea and eating fruits and vegetables. The result is 1-2 cups a day antioxidant and free radical scavenging effect of eating fruits and vegetables 4 times, or the equivalent of taking 400 mg of vitamin C effect. Therefore, the current tea polyphenols with strong antioxidant and anti-aging effect has been recognized worldwide.
